We meet you at the airport, help with the visa and luggage, and drive you to your hotel. Meals: none.
The Giza plateau and the Valley Temple, lunch facing the Pyramids, then Tutankhamun's treasures at the Grand Egyptian Museum. Meals: breakfast, lunch.
A morning flight to Aswan and you board your cruise. Visit the High Dam and the island temple of Philae, then sail among the granite islands on a felucca with a local captain. Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
A slow morning on deck, then the double temple of Kom Ombo and its Crocodile Museum. The ship moors at Edfu. Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
The Temple of Horus at Edfu, the busy Esna lock, then Karnak's Hypostyle Hall and Luxor Temple lit up at dusk. Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Three royal tombs, Hatshepsut's terraced temple and the Colossi of Memnon, then lunch at home with a Luxor family. Evening flight to Cairo. Meals: breakfast, lunch.
The Hanging Church, Abu Serga and the Ben Ezra Synagogue; Saladin's Citadel and the Muhammad Ali Mosque; lunch in Al-Azhar Park. Then the Royal Mummies at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, an Arabic calligraphy lesson (write your name in Arabic) and mint tea in Khan el-Khalili. Meals: breakfast, lunch.
Private transfer to Cairo airport. Meals: breakfast.
